The newly renovated apartment is very central but also quiet and has everything you need for a city trip. It is close to Vienna city center train station from where you can reach all of Vienna and the Airport in minutes.
We also welcome small guests.
the space
The apartment is located in a historic building in a quiet and central area. It was recently renovated.
The large livingroom has two sofas which also pull out into beds. You can watch TV (NETFLIX) in the livingroom.
The kitchen is completely equipped – fridge, dishwasher, stove with four cooking plates, nespresso machine, water boiler, toaster, plates and silverware for 14 persons.
All essentials such as salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher tabs, nespresso tabs, toilet paper and kitchen towels etc are provided. If you are missing something please let us know.
Two bedrooms are equipped with a 180x200cm boxspring bed and sofabeds, which are very comfortable. The third bedroom is equipped with a 160x200cm bed.
The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and sink and the toilet is in a separate room.
There is also a washing machine.

Additionally to the apartment:
Washing mashine, ironing board and iron are provided in the apartment.
Around the corner you can find a gym / fitness studio (John Harris Sofiensäle) which can be used for a daily fee.
A parking space in a garage can be provided for 20€ per day.

We speak English and German and also live in this building. If we are around, we are happy to help. Otherwise just call.
other things to note
For parents:
Babies under 2 are free of charge. If you would like a Baby bed with sheets, a changing mat with cover, a highchair, potty and toys there is a daily charge of 10€ payable on arrival.
