Our newly renovated apartment is very central but also quiet and has everything you need for a city trip. It is close to Vienna city center train station. From where you also have direct Transport to the Airport!
Families with small kinds are also welcome.
the space
The studio apartement is located in a classical building in a quiet and central area. It was recantly renovated.
The large studio room is divided into a living area with a dining table and sofa which also pulls out into a bed and a sleeping area with a large bed and closet. You can watch TV (NETFLIX) from the sofa or bed.
The kitchen is completely equipped – fridge, dishwasher, stove with four cooking plates, nespresso machine, water boiler, microwave oven, plates and silverware for 6 persons.
All essential such as salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher tabs, nespresso tabs, toilet paper and kitchen towels etc are provided. If you are missing something please let us know.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a washing machine. The toilet is in a separate room.

Additionally to the apartment:
Washing maschine is provided in the apartment.
Ironing board and iron are also provided in the apartment.
Around the corner you can find a gym / fitness studio (John Harris Sofiensäle) which can be used for a daily fee.
A parking space in a garage can be provided ONLY on request for 20€/ day at a minimum stay of two nights.

We speak English and German and also live in this building. If we are around, we are happy to help. Otherwise just call.
other things to note
For parents:
Babies under 2 are free of charge. If you would like a Baby bed with sheets, a changing matt with cover, a highchair, potty and toys there is a daily charge of 10€ payable on arrival.
A parking space in a garage can be provided ONLY on request for 15€/ day at a minimum stay of two nights.

There is no smoking in the apartment but for our smokers we will find a comfortable solution.
