Our newly renovated apartment is very central but also quiet and has everything you need for a city trip.
It is close to Vienna city center train station. From where you also have direct transport to the Airport!
Families with small kinds are also welcome.
The space
Our apartement is located in a historic building in a quiet and central area. It was renovated this autumn!
The large livingroom is divided into a living area with sofa which also pulls out into a bed and TV (NETFLIX) and a kitchen with a dining area.
The kitchen is completely equipped – fridge, dishwasher, stove with four cooking plates, nespresso mashine, water boiler, toaster, plates and silverware for 6 persons.
All essentials such as salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher tabs, nespresso tabs, toilet paper and kitchen towels etc are provided. If you are missing something please let us know.
The bathroom has a big walk in shower, a sink, a washing machine and the toilet.
The quiet garden next to the apartment is exclusively for our guests. There you find a dining table and a parasol.
Here you are allowed to smoke.

Additionally to the apartment:
Ironing board and iron are provided in the Apartment.
Around the corner you can find a gym / fitness studio (John Harris Sofiensäle) which can be used for a daily fee.
A parking space in a garage can be provided on request for 20€/ day at a minimum stay of two nights.

We speak English and German and also live in this building. If we are around, we are happy to help. Otherwise just call.
other things to note
For parents:
Babies under 2 are free of charge. If you would like a Baby bed with sheets, a changing matt with cover, a highchair, potty and toys there is a daily charge of 10€ payable on arrival.
