The newly renovated apartment is very central but also quiet and has everything you need for a city trip. It is close to Vienna city center train station.
From where you also have direct Transport to the Airport!
Families with small kinds are also welcome.

the space
The apartment is located in a historic building in a quiet and central area. It was recently renovated.
The large livingroom has a sofa which also pulls out into a bed. You can watch TV (NETFLIX) from the sofa.
The kitchen is completely equipped – fridge, dishwasher, stove with four cooking plates, nespresso machine, water boiler, toaster, plates and silverware for 10 persons. There is also a washing machine.
All essentials such as salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher tabs, nespresso tabs, toilet paper and kitchen towels etc are provided. If you are missing something please let us know.
The two bedrooms are equipped with a 160x200cm boxspring bed and a bedsofa, which is very comfortable.
The bathroom has a shower, and sink and a washingmaschine. The toilet is in a separate room.

Additionally to the apartment:
Washing mashine, ironing board and iron are provided in the apartment.
Around the corner you can find a gym / fitness studio (John Harris Sofiensäle) which can be used for a daily fee.
A parking space in a garage can be provided for 20€/ day

We speak English and German and also live in this building. If we are around, we are happy to help. Otherwise just call.

For parents:
Babies under 2 are free of charge. If you would like a Baby bed with sheets, a changing mat with cover, a highchair, potty and toys there is a daily charge of 10€ payable on arrival.

Cancellations
Moderate – Free cancellation for 48 hours
After that, cancel up to 5 days before check-in and get a full refund, minus the service fee.
